Returns

Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene standards, we currently do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

Returns are only accepted if:

In such cases, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos as proof.
Refunds

If your return request is approved (for damaged or wrong product), you can choose between:
